Timeform's Billy Nash gives you three recommendations for racing in Ireland on Friday...

Kilbeggan 5:35 - Win Back - Without The Bop

Eoin Doyle has already sent out more winners this season than he did for the entire 2009/10 campaign and he has a good chance of adding to his tally with Without The Bop in the Moate Handicap Hurdle. Without The Bop has been in good form himself of late, winning a maiden chase at Tramore last month and finishing a creditable fourth to Supercede in a handicap at the same track just 3 days later. He ran off an ITC mark of 113 in the latter contest but gets in off just 98 here and, with the notable exception of Eventide, the vast majority of these are out of form.

Kilbeggan 6:05 - Win Lay - Lets Go Sunshine

Lets Go Sunshine has a reasonably progressive profile, comes from a yard in form and is proven at this trip. However, on the flip side, it took him 9 attempts to win a maiden point, he goes without headgear for the first time under Rules and didn't look entirely straightforward at Downpatrick last time, carrying his head high when pressed on the run-in. All in all, he doesn't appeal as one to take a short price about so a win lay of Colin Bowe's charge is advised.

Kilbeggan 6:35 - Win Back - Etcetera Etcetera

Etcetera Etcetera, a course-and-distance winner last month, may well be able to resume her progression now that she is returned to fences and a more suitable trip. She was clearly unsuited by the drop in trip when tried over hurdles here last time, off the bridle some way out, but had been value for more than the winning distance the time before and, as she hasn't been with this yard long, further improvement may well be forthcoming.
