Will FTM back a winner at Kempton?
"The Wicked Kipper has been well supported in to [4.50] from [11.0]."
Today's Follow The Money movers come from Southwell and Kempton...
We start at Southwell in the 13:20 1m handicap where Caledonia Prince has drifted out to [3.50] from [2.64]. The four-year-old gelding finished second last time out, and won at this previous visit to Southwell so does appear to run well at the course. For a class 6 handicap this does look reasonably competitive with Spacecraft, Sofias Number One and Symphonic Dancer looking among the more likely contenders. Perhaps the drift reflects the competitive nature of the race and the price has adjusted to reflect that.
At Kempton in the 15:50 2m National Hunt Flat race The Wicked Kipper has been well supported in to [4.50] from [11.0]. The four-year-old filly has a sound pedigree, she is a sister to Cue Card and dam was a half sister to smart staying chaser What's The Crack. Although she is making her debut the stables last debutant was a winner and she carries bottom weight 10st 4lb, which should help her chances.
In the 16:40 at Southwell in the 7f handicap Myboyalfie has been supported in to [6.0] from [10.18]. He has ridden well on soft ground, winning at Chepstow last time out and if he can take to the fibresand may have a respectable each way chance. He does seem to have run better at 1m and less so the trip may well be more suitable for him today and his sire has a 20% strike rate with his offspring at Southwell.
