FTM have two bets at Lingfield today
"Marvo has been easy to back moving out from [2.8] to a current [4.1]."
Today's Follow The Money movers come from the meetings at Lingfield and Wolverhampton.
In Lingfield's 13:25, a 1 mile Selling Stakes, Marvo has been easy to back moving out from [2.8] to a current [4.1]. Mark Tompkins eight-year-old hasn't won since 2009 and appears to have developed a case of seconditis. Today's lack of market confidence would point to a 27th consecutive defeat.
Staying at Lingfield and the 14:00, a 6 furlong Handicap where Waabel has seen significant support moving from into [7.2] into [4.5]. Richard Guest's five-year-old gelding has not shown much form since winning over course and distance nearly 12 months ago but has shown a more positive attitude recently. With 51b claimer Nathan Alison on board, today could be an ideal opportunity to record a third course win, the market suggests this may be the case.
Moving over to Wolverhampton, in the 15:15, 1 mile 1 furlong Handicap Archie Rice has also seen significant support moving from [5.9] into [3.9]. Tom Keddy's six-year-old gelding has took a distinct liking to the Dunstall Park track recording four wins in the last two months, the latest over todays trip. Although up another 4lb today, the market support points towards a fifth victory at the track.
