Today's selections run at Lingfield and Towcester.

We start with a positive in the 16:30 race at Towcester where Counting House has dropped from a high of [8.18] in to [4.3] - a move that suggests a big run is expected. Trainer Jim Old has highlighted the fact that the good ground will suit and he won over a similar trip this time last year at Newbury following a winter break. This is an easier test than that last time out at Cheltenham.

There has been a plunge on Not My Choice in the 16:45 at Lingfield, who has been backed in from [32.0] in to [9.6]. This significant market move suggests that the 7yo gelding will find the kind of form he was showing a year ago when performing well over similar trips. Well-treated by the handicapper this front runner could be revived after a short break - the gamble on the exchange suggests so.

We finish with our daily lay betwhich goes in the 17:30 at Towcester where market principal Follow the Facts has drifted from [2.48] to [3.3]. This Nicky Henderson trained 5yo gelding is well-bred being out of the staying chaser Fiddling The Facts. However, the drift on the exchange suggests that connections are rather less certain about his debut under rules and although this is a rather modest bumper there are other participants of note, namely Millers Pudsey whose stable has a great strike rate in bumpers.
