Follow The Money to Hereford and the Rasen
"There's been very strong support for Bobby Bullock, moving from [2.8] in to [2.04]."
Today's Follow The Money movers come from Hereford and Market Rasen.
We start at Hereford where the 14:00 staying handicap chase has seen very strong support for favourite Bobby Bullock, moving from [2.8] in to [2.04]. The selection made a fine start for new connections just three days ago when he was well backed and won at Towcester. Today's longer trip should not pose too many problems and there should be more to come. The 7lb penalty should not be enough to stop him completing a quick double.
Next we head to Market Rasen for the 14:25 where there has been good support for Quel Ballistic, moving in to [5.0] from [10.0]. This looks an interesting market move from a small yard that has had three winners from its last five runners. The selection made a satisfactory debut in this country 40 days ago when third, although beaten 25 lengths. However, that was his first start for 26 months and the run would have been badly needed. He should now be much sharper for that and there should be plenty more to come from this lightly raced six-year-old. This race looks open and the money suggests a big run is on the cards today.
Finally, in the 15:30 at Market Rasen, Roseneath has been weak, moving to [4.1] from [3.3]. This six-year-old makes his reappearance after winning at Huntingdon last May. He must now defy a 13lb rise in the weights and the market move suggests he may also need the run. With these factors in mind, punters are looking elsewhere for the winner of this race.
