Another great day on Friday as the winners just keep on coming this week. It's a busy weekend with some excellent racing on both sides of the Irish Sea to enjoy and profit from. I hope the weather stays dry in order to see Sea The Stars take on Fame and Glory once again on Sunday, but first there are winners to find on Saturday.

The big race at The Curragh is the Pretty Poly Stakes, a group one for fillies where Look Here (3.40) heads the market. Only two noses stood between her and a winning return in the Coronation Stakes at Epsom, which was a big run after being off the course for so long. Last year's Oaks heroine would not need to improve any to take this race, but she will have come on for that reappearance and should land this big prize with Seb Sanders aboard.

The big one in the UK is the Northumberland Plate, or the Pitman's Derby if you prefer, over two miles at Newcastle. I have already backed Royal Ascot winner Judgethemoment (3.10) who is an amazing price. He has a five pounds penalty but on the plus side he defends an unbeaten record this season and is reunited with Richard Hughes. At the prices I am recommending an each-way bet.

My bet of the day is Premio Loco (3.00), over a mile in the listed contest at Windsor who, with George Baker aboard,has winner written all over him. This is one of my favourite horses who tries his best every time and has provided a good vehicle for Baker to demonstrate his immense talent. A good winner at Goodwood last time, we should once again be seeing Premio Loco land a big prize.

It really is a good day and let's pray that the weather plays its part to set up that Derby rematch on Sunday!
