I'm looking to Higgy to be the boy

Today's 80/20 is Higgy's Boy in the 13:30 at Lingfield Park.

After showing plenty of promise behind horses like Vhujon and Lindoro in the early part of the season Higgy's Boy's form tapered off after having a summer break.

Disappointing performances followed until his most recent run where he ran really well in a fairly competitive nursery behind Resplendent Light at Pontefract at a big price.

He is not really bred to get further but he finished the race with resolution and I think he will enjoy the step up in trip. With plenty of exposed types in the race today could be his 'grow up' race giving us a good chance to land the 80-20 at a fair price.
