Broken Moon can leave you over the moon
Today's 80/20 is Broken Moon in the 3.10 at Warwick. This is the second time out of the box for this daughter of Galileo. She really made a favourable impression at HQ where she ran on really well after being held up behind the useful Kotsi in August. Her very astute trainer knows what is required today and she is sure to make significant improvement after her debut. There are some decent types on display today in this warm maiden so Broken Moon should be a big price and give us a sporting chance of landing the 80/20

Well done Nick!
Got 3rd by a head I see. Didn't back it myself as I've only just come across this part of the site despite being a BF member for a few years now. One of the benefits of not being able to sleep with a streaming cold, you get to have a good browse around and really see what's available.
I've noticed recently on the forum that quite a few 'shrewdies' advocate place betting. Until now I've been relying on in-play lays to show a profit if my pre-race backed horse runs well. However, I got a rude awakening on the 8th September when I backed Judd Street pre-race at 14, waited until the race was just off and put in my lay of 3.35 and then rushed into the other room to watch the race on Channel 4. Judd Street ran a good race, up with the pace in a sprint and eventually beaten a head by Indian Trail. Thinking that this game was actually quite easy, I went next door expecting to be greeted by my all green screen. Sadly, however, this was not the case; Judd Street traded in-play at about 8s, no lower.
If only I'd backed it for the place...
