Snow has beaten the two big weekend meetings.
The wintry conditions that are sweeping Britain and Ireland have claimed this weekend's two showpiece meetings.
Officials at Newbury and Leopardstown made the decision to cancel after further snowfalls both in the south of England and across the Irish Sea.
Denman was due to make his seasonal comeback at the Aon Chase while Leopardstown was due to host the Irish Hennessy Gold Cup.
