Betfair launches brand new column

Betting.Betfair bids a fond farewell to one of its most popular columns as a new era begins...

Using his in-depth knowledge and discerning eye, Nick Shiambouros has furnished punters with winning tips for over a year but, as regular readers will have noticed, Nick's Daily Selections came to an end on Thursday.

Alway incisive, entertaining and very often a reliable route to value, Nick's picks were a popular fixture on Betting.Betfair's Horseracing pages. However, as one of a number of developments which the editors believe will revolutionise the site over the coming months, the selections have been replaced by Carl Harris's Daily Racing Tips.

Carl has made his living from horseracing for four years, primarily as a punter and professional betting advisor through the Viking Racing Service. He bets exclusively on Betfair and will be showing readers how you can maximise the benefits of the exchange.

Carl is editor of the betting-focused website www.racingdiary.co.uk where you can get news, views and tips on horseracing as well as other sports.
