Betfair layers are bucking the market by offering 'industry best' even money price on John Oxx's Derby and Guineas winner.
Sea The Stars is as short as 2-5 in some quarters for the Irish Derby at the weekend, but the Epsom winner currently trades at an industry-best evens on Betfair for the Curragh Classic.
Fame And Glory is next best at [3.7], with Masterofthehorse a [5.3] chance on the exchange.
Betfair spokesman Tony Calvin commented: "Betting is predictably light at this stage - though I dare say the £70,000 we have matched on the race is as much as been placed anywhere else in the industry - but the weakness in Sea The Stars is there for all to see.
"He traded at [2.2] at 8am this morning, and currently is a very weak even money chance. Clearly, some people think that there is a possibility that he may sidestep the race altogether."
