2:15 - Coutts Glorious Stakes (Group 3), 1m4f
An interesting Group 3 that includes some decent stayers, though not of the very highest class. Crime Scene has been off since March but has the class to feature prominently here. Lion Sands needs every inch of this mile-and-a-half and will be renewing hostilities for the fourth time with Henry Cecil's Tranquil Tiger.

2:50 - Stewards' Sprint Stakes (Class 2 Handicap), 6f
A highly competitive consolation for those who don't make the cut in the Stewards' Cup tomorrow. At the time of writing, final declarations had not been made and connections of one or two of these will have hopes of sneaking into the Stewards' Cup. Baby Strange put in a cracking effort in the Scottish Stewards' Cup a couple of weeks ago and if doesn't make Saturday's showpiece, will have a great chance in this race. Express Wish has been slow to mature and is lightly raced for a four-year-old but was staying on well at York last week, after not getting the best of runs.

3:30 - Totesport Mile Heritage Handicap, 8f
The main betting event of the day and expect plenty of rumours and the odd public gamble. Regal Parade is bang in-form, having won the Brittannia and finished third in the Bunbury Cup. Royal Power ran well in the Brittania but has disappointed since whilst Masaalek has some good form in handicaps this year.

4:05 - Richmond Stakes (Group 2), 6f
A race for classy two-year-olds, though it has not proved as influential in recent years as the Vintage Stakes. Prolific has placed in the Norfolk and July Stakes but is vulnerable to less exposed youngsters improving past him, such as Total Gallery who was very impressive in winning his maiden at Beverley last time.

4:40 - RSA Nursery (Class 2), 7f
A high quality race for a nursery but a difficult one to weigh up. Kings Troop is clear on speed ratings, having won his maiden readily but may like firm in the going. Sohcahtoa was a similarly impressive winner last time.

5:15 - Oak Tree Stakes (Group 3), 7f
Three-year-olds have a very good record in this fillies and mares race that invariably attracts a strong field. Clifton Dancer looks a genuine sort but this represents a big step up in class. Red Dune is one of the least exposed and was impressive when staying on over seven furlongs at Newmarket last time. Gipson Dessert is a French raider with plenty of Group level experience.

5:50 - Turf Club Stakes (Class 3 Handicap), 5f
A knotty three-year-old handicap to finish with no outstanding candidate. Good Gorsoon is a consistent handicapper but was disappointing on his last outing. Fol Hollow won his nursery here last year but has done little since.
