Big Buck's extended his unbeaten record in the Grade 2 Cleeve Hurdle, pulling clear of Dynaste and Mourad in the closing stages, the latter staying on from the rear to pick up place money.

Across The Bay took the field along in the early stages, with Dynaste and Restless Harry in joint-second and the reigning World Hurdle champion just tracking the Pipe runner, travelling strongly for much of the way.

Tom Scudamore, employing more patient tactics this afternoon, tried to kick on with around a mile to go aboard Dynaste but Big Buck's was equal to any move the grey made.

Although hitting somwehat of a flat spot (as he occasionally can do) Big Buck's and Ruby Walsh got to Dynaste with relative ease before staying on in trademark stype up the Prestbury Park run in, going on to score by seven lengths.

The World Hurdle will be the next race on Big Buck's' agenda and he is available to back at [1.68] as he bids to become the first horse to win the race for a fourth time.
