Irish Champion Hurdle outsider Sublimity is no back number for next month's Cheltenham Festival according to his jockey, Philip Carberry.
Trainer John Carr's seven-year-old, who recently came back from a long spell on the sidelines to hand out a 20l drubbing to 16 rivals at Navan, is a former winner of the Listed Doncaster Mile when in the care of Sir Michael Stoute.
"He's a class horse with a high cruising speed, I'm hoping we stick with the others and then quicken past them. Even though he does not have many runs to his name over hurdles, he jumps well," revealed Carberry.
Sublimity, who has traded as high as 600.0 to small stakes on the Betfair win market, currently stands at 32.0 for the two mile hurdling championship, scheduled to be run on March 13.
