Adam Deadman picks the four best Wimbledon bets...

NAP 22.30 - Madges Millions

Madges Millions has a lot going for him tonight. Drawn outside slow starting Fitzroy Sydney and as the sole wide seed he looks to have great claims to making the bend in front of this line up. He has actually been staying on in races to a stronger degree that he used to in his younger days and a winner on Sky nights as well as an opening heat of the Derby, he looks to be a great bet tonight at the forecasted prices. Droopys Kiko loves the red jacket and the talented hound from Bernie Doyle's kennel will probably struggle for room with Iveonehisoner on his inside. Fitzroy Sydney is class and is very competitive at this level but her strongest distance is over further.

NB 21.45 - Talking Man

Tonight's other strong bet also comes in an A1 top grade contest. Talking Man's career has consistently improved over the last few months and the times on the clock has got faster. I noted his Open class pace around the third bend during the Derby when he was A3 at the track. More than capable of breaking 28 seconds, he is a match for anyone on his day and with Seans Stripe likely to lead him to the bend but create room for the selection; Sean's Stripe takes the bend very wide- he looks certain to go around. Clearing Windgap Keano would be the main obstacle. Main danger in the race is Mischief Moker, interestingly from the same kennel, but with the rain we are having in London at present the outside runners are likely to have an advantage- Talking Man is drawn in trap 5. Cheerful Story bounced back to somewhere near the level of promise displayed last November when a promising pup but the previous run was in A3- he gets a double penalty here.

Value Bet 22.15 - Blakes Earl

Blakes Earl was noted on his penultimate run as having run a very nice race and followed that up the week after. He has been knocking on the door of late and with the anticipated going bias a factor, he looks value at anything over [5.5] on Betfair. Fear Charlie is an interesting runner and took advantage of the drop in grade when being named a reserve last time out. If he can show up early he has to be considered a threat.

Get It Beat! 22.00 - Beachboy Tom

Beachboy Tom was impressive last time out and with scope for improvement he has every chance of defying the upgrade. There is a massive factor which inspires anything but confidence in the race though and that is being drawn outside Yak Yak James. The latter has a an impressive strike rate of moving off at the first bend and it looks a likely scenario here with Black Onyx likely to match him to the bend. The latter himself looks to have a peach of a draw and one of his slickest exits should see him go close. Craggyman, a sub 28 second runner when tuned up and better over 6 bends, would be a danger if missing the anticipated trouble but again this doesn't look likely. Droopys Goodenuff is the hound in the race who realistically you can say has the early pace to avoid the trouble forecasted on the inside but is likely to be outrun down the far side by Black Onyx if this race reading is right; a scenario which occurred here on the 13 June.
