Treacle Belle (T3), a lightly raced individual boasting strong pace from the lids, looks set to go well in Walthamstow's A7 contest run over 475 metres and due underway at 20:11.
Optimistic Lucky (T1), who has met with defeat in all his eight races since being dropped to this level, looks hard to catch right nowadays. With Mick Puzey's veteran struggling to leave the gates quickly, a lay may well prove a popular selection.
Tenbucks Ebony (T2), who has been heavily backed on Betfair prior to all four career starts to date, looks set to attract several customers. Fast away from the machine, Mark Wallis' promising pup should be in the mix.
Treacle Bell (T3), the winner of three races from ten career starts, looks a progressive youngster. Mark Wallis' bitch, who boasts arguably the strongest kick from the lids, comes here on the back of an open-race sprint success at Coventry the other day. Back in a standard of event that should suit the likeable daughter of Knockeevan Star well, this looks a decent opportunity.
Nikray Lightning (T4), the winner of his last two races, needs to improve again to complete the hat-trick. John Coleman's youngster, who seems to take an age to reach the corner, cannot be ruled out with a clear run.
Schwarzer (T5), whose winning debut came as a total surprise to backers, proved it to be no fluke when running well in this grade last time. With further progress imminent, a solid run looks on the cards from Gary Baggs' fast-finishing hound.
Droopys Delia (T6), the most experienced contender in the line-up, is best known for her exploits in the staying division. Dropped in trip, Gary Baggs' slow-away January 04 whelp looks to have plenty of running to do.
Arry Olt looks progressive in A6
Arry Olt (T1), who has only his third spin around the Chingford Road circuit, appears nicely positioned next to the fence in the A6 contest run over 475 metres and due underway at 20:39. John Coleman's youngster, who had a rough ride on his debut, stepped up on that display when making every yard of the running the other day. With further improvement to come, the fast starter may well attract plenty of backers.
Falcon Flight (T2), a wily veteran, looked as good as ever when recording an impressive 29:30 in a lesser event last time, and with Graham Sharp's charge being the only runner in the field with winning form at the grade, the son of Hahn Bale commands the utmost respect.
Wheres Bibby (T3), who won at the fifth time of asking, got no luck in-running on her debut at this grade. Peter Rich's veteran, who has nothing to prove on the clock, is one for the short-list in an open heat.
Pennys Swallow (T4), another lightly campaigned individual, appears to have a mountain to climb. With Paul Garland's bitch having to improve appreciably on the calculated clock, a lay looks the order of the day.
Bell Sensational (T5), who may struggle to go with the early front-runners, will need to be on her toes. Successful in only one race from 19 starts, layers will probably be relishing the prospect of taking on Mark Wallis' September 04 whelp.
Tea Biscuit (T6), who boasts a miserly nine per-cent winning strike-rate when donning the striped jacket, should have a decent chance if trapping with his usual alacrity.
Vancouver Sparky to call tune in A1
Vancouver Sparky (T1), looks the one to beat in the penultimate A1 contest run over 475 metres and due underway at 22:17. Paul Garland's classy individual, who reached the final of last season's Arc, confirmed himself as good as ever when landing a number of decent wagers in a similar event the other day. Beautifully drawn next to the pegs, the son of Come On Lleyton, who boasts phenomenal early pace, should prove to be a popular order amongst backers.
Addington Ruby (T2), who makes her debut at the top level, will need a slick exit. Seamus Cahill's youngster, who looks capable of winning in the grade in due course, may find one or two too good.
Nil Finance (T3), the winner of only two races from 12 starts at the grade, looks exposed. However, Mark Wallis' charge, who comes here on the back of an A2 triumph, cannot be ruled out.
Optimistic Berty (T4), who tends to find trouble in his races, very nearly upstaged T1 on their last meeting the other day. With Mick Puzey's veteran well treated on the calculated clock, the son of Im Frankie may well come in for support with several brave backers.
Impartial View (T5), who boasts a 50 per-cent strike rate at the grade, may well fall short in the early pace department. On a positive note, though, Seamus Cahill's hound looks an improving sort who should be thereabouts with a clear passage.
Armies Plan (T6), who completed the double in staying opens at Harlow recently, is not certain to appreciate the drop back in distance. However, Mark Wallis' only wide seed, who likes to get on to the bunny, looks perfectly-drawn.
