"If you can secure [3.5] or bigger on Glenske Kakadu I’d suggest you step in."
Graded fare at Yarmouth and Belle Vue supply the ammunition for our best BAGS bets on Wednesday.
On Yarmouth's evening card, Glenske Kakadu has caught my eye in the 19:53 contest, an A2 event. She has hit form with a bang in recent weeks, and having secured a win in the grade below, has run two close second places since stepping up in class. With most of the opposition struggling at this level in recent starts, including recent class dropper Glenske Franti (no relation), if you can secure [3.5] or bigger I'd suggest you step in.
Earlier in the A1 at 18:49, I fancy the claims of Downunda Spot, who in finishing second to Keobro last week had no fewer than three of these rivals behind. Having enjoyed a seemingly new lease of life in the last two months, with wins in four of his last seven outings, his consistency ensures he makes plenty of appeal in a race where A1 Winning form is strictly limited. I'd be hopeful of [3.5] minimum being offered.
Pennys Fleetfoot never does anything too quickly, and his late running wide tactics can often leave punters frustrated. However, the former A1 performer has already won at this slightly lower level recently, and he just looks too classy for the opposition in the Belle Vue 4:37. Take him to run them down in the home straight at [4.0] or better.
