Kevin Ryan is happy with his star sprinter Amadeus Wolf and says it is all systems go ahead of his bid to land the Golden Jubilee Stakes at Royal Ascot.
With a Group Two win at York under his belt already this season and the experience of racing at the highest level last season, Ryan believes his colt is better than ever ahead of the June 23 contest.
"He's in great form, I couldn't be happier with him. He came out of his York race marvellous and I think he's improved," Ryan told PA Sports.
"There might be a lot of talk about the Australians but I wouldn't swap my horse - he's in really great form and we'll take on what's there on the day.
"The York form got a boost when Assertive won at Windsor on Monday night and I'm really looking forward to seeing him run again."
The four-strong Australian challenge is headed by 2006 King's Stand Stakes winner Takeover Target, but it is another horse from down under who heads the Betfair ante-post market for the six furlong contest.
Aussie raider Miss Andretti is the current favourite on 6.6 ahead of Amadeus Wolf on 7.8. Bentleys Biscuits is next best on 7.8, with Asset (8.4) just ahead of Takeover Target (11).
