Jeremy Noseda has confirmed that Soldier's Tale will be aimed at the remaining top sprints this year, following his blistering success in the Golden Jubilee Stakes on Saturday.

The six-year-old flew the flag for Britain by sweeping home late and fast to foil the crack Australian sprinter Takeover Target, to lift the latest leg of the Global Sprint Challenge, with Betfair favourite Miss Andretti well beaten behind.

Provided he gets his favoured soft ground, Soldier's Tale will be aimed at several Group One contests after his Royal Meeting victory.

"Ground will dictate his programme but we will consider all the obvious targets - the July Cup, the Sprint at Haydock and the Foret," said the trainer.

"But Saturday proved that if he is to be competitive at this level he needs soft ground and the downpour before his race helped," he told his website.
