Tiger's return to competitive golf at Firestone could have gone worse but 37th place, on a course where he'd previously won seven times, is nothing to get excited about. Even those of us who counted ourselves amongst his biggest supporters doubt whether Woods can come back from personal problems and serious injury. There is little to suggest Woods is about to land a fifth PGA and 15th major title, and it can't bode well that he only finished 29th at Atlanta in 2001 - a huge surprise given his total dominance at that time.
