Last year's champion Martin Kaymer
Odds: [40.0]
Last five PGAs: 1/6/mc/-/-
The defending champion will need to improve on recent efforts to stand a chance of retaining his title. Kaymer remains a special prospect but swing changes have yet to pay dividends, although in fairness, most players would be happy with 12th place in the Open and a run that includes only one missed cut over the past year. It would be no surprise to see Kaymer contending strongly for the world number one spot again soon.
