Inexperienced and wild - not the best mix for a US Open
Odds: [95.0]
Last five US Opens: -/mc/60/-/-
While Fowler remains one of the hottest American prospects, punters are beginning to lose patience. Despite finishing runner-up three times very early in his PGA Tour career, Rickie still hasn't won and while his 2011 results are respectable, they are inferior to his rookie season returns. The breakthrough will surely arrive soon, but value is usually thin on the ground as layers are loathe to take chances with this popular, charismatic youngster. His inexperience is hardly ideal for a US Open anyway, even if he has come on leaps and bounds since missing the cut as an amateur at Bethpage.
