Poulter gets a second chance but which duo will join him in the Geraghty portfolio?

Well it looked good at the halfway stage last week, with all three selections (John Merrick, Ian Poulter and Woody Austin) sitting comfortably in the top 20. Alas it wasn't to be as one by one they fell away and [200.0] shot Jerry Kelly took home the trophy. Merrick and Poulter both traded in single figures, giving plenty of opportunity to green up.

On to this week and at the prices on offer it's hard to turn down [30.0] about Anthony Kim winning. He's the defending champion and also finished in the top ten the only other time he's played this tournament. He's had a strange and up and down sort of year so far, but has shown glimpses of his fantastic talent, particularly when knocking in a record number of birdies in one round during his first visit to Augusta.

Adam Scott has been in horrendous form having missed his last three cuts, but at a massive [95.0] it won't cost much to give him another chance at a tournament that's seen him finish in the top 25 each time he's been here (four times). After missing the cut at the Masters, Scott has been holed up practising in Florida. He states on his blog that he's hitting the ball well and is genuinely ready for this week. If he starts well his price will tumble quickly.

Poulter showed himself to be in good form last week. He was always just on the fringes of the top ten and couldn't quite get in the thick of things. [150.0] seems a little too big and it's worth chancing there's more to come this week. It's an important year for Poulter and he still has plenty of time to make his mark and fulfil his promise.

Don't forget of course, that everyone has Tiger Woods to beat. Fingers crossed.
