Irishman talks as Europe's elite return to continent ahead of The Open
Open champion Padraig Harrington is expecting low scores when the European Open gets underway at the London Golf Club in Kent tomorrow.
The Irishman is appearing with Sergio Garcia on the UK mainland for the first time since the pair duelled so famously at Carnoustie last year.
Also in the field are Robert Karlsson, Colin Montgomerie and Ian Poulter as the cream of European golf return to the continent with The Open on the horizon.
And with such a strong field assembled and a fair course awaiting them, the Irishman foresees some big under-par scores.
"I think the scoring will be good because the greens are good and the condition of the course is nice," he said.
"It will depend on how much wind there is but it's set up for what looks like a good week in terms of scoring."
