Deutsche Championship victory powers world no.2 to top of the FedEx tree
Steve Stricker moved ahead of Tiger Woods in the FedEx Cup standings with victory at the Deutsche Bank Championship - but it's the world number one golfer who remains favourite to lift the end of season trophy.
Stricker birdied the 18th hole at TPC Boston to win the second tournament of this year's FedEx series, finishing a shot ahead of Jason Dufner and Scott Verplank. Padraig Harrington, Angel Cabrera and Dustin Johnson ended the tournament in a tie for fourth.
Forty-two-year-old Stricker is second favourite to win the FedEx Cup and can backed at odds of [4.3], Woods is still odds-on at [1.82] despite sitting nearly 1,000 points behind his fellow American in the standings.
