BMW International win puts Englishman in the field for third major of the year.
Nick Dougherty's win at the BMW International landed the Englishman a spot in this year's Open and the World No. 64 trades at [100.0] to win the year's third Major.
The 27-year-old was backed at an in-running high of [120.0] to win the Munich tournament, which he did by overhauling long term leader Retief Goosen, with a final day round of 64. The South African was matched at a low of [1.44].
Dougherty didn't hold back in praising himself after the win, saying: "I was superb, really."
The victory could be a major turning point in the Englishman's career as, alongside qualifying him for The Open, he will also play in the Bridgestone Invitational, World Golf Championships - HSBC Champions, and the Mercedes-Benz Championship.
US Open champion Lucas Glover has also entered betting on The Open following his Bethpage triumph and trades at [230.0] to win his second straight major.
