Graeme McDowell was matched at a high of [85.0] on Betfair en-route to winning the Scottish Open. With just a handful of holes remaining, he was involved in a four-way tie for the lead but as the likes of Simon Khan (matched at a low of [1.75]) faltered, McDowell kept his cool.
McDowell's success here has unsurprisingly brought about a significant change in his price for The Open next week. He is now just [46.0] to win at Birkdale, having been matched as high as [220.0] in the market. It's also caused him to trade at just evens to make the Ryder Cup team.
One man who had a day to forget was Adam Scott. The Australian was in contention early on and matched at just [3.85] to win and [1.3] to finish in the Top 5. He did neither.
