Schwartzel emphasised that his Masters victory was no flash in the pan with another top-ten at the US Open, making it five straight top-20 finishes in majors. While Charl clearly has the tools for these tough tests and is headed towards the game's summit, the fact he's missed nine cuts out of 13 in either the Open or Dunhill Links must raise questions about his suitability to this type of golf course. Until he proves otherwise, Schwartzel may be a better bet on the other side of the Atlantic.
