Indian is a 1.1 shot but drops shots on the home stretch to throw victory away
Jeev Milkha Singh was matched at [1.1] on Betfair when seemingly set fair for victory during his final round at the Indonesian Open.
But in a dramatic last hole turnaround, the Indian star hit a bogey and overnight leader Felipe Aguilar a birdie to deny Singh a first win since 2006.
The Chilean's victory will have been roared on by his backers who took at a high of [200.0] on the 33-year-old to win the tournament.
Aguilar, who played with Singh throughout the final round, began Sunday with a two-shot lead but was soon hauled back and traded at a high of [11.0] during the last 18 holes.
