Benbaun, second in last year's King's Stands Stakes, is on target for his bid to go one better at Royal Ascot on the opening day of the meeting next Tuesday.

Trainer Mark Wallace is also eyeing Saturday's Golden Jubilee Stakes over 6f for his stable-star, who romped away with a Group 2 sprint at the Curragh on his comeback in late May.

"We are going to run him on the first day and if he pulls up really well and is good form we might take a chance and run him again on Saturday.

"He definitely got 6f the other day. The older he gets the stronger he is getting, but still has got a bit of poke so a stiff 5f would be fine for him" explained Wallace.

The King's Stands ante-post Betfair market is currently headed by two Aussie raiders, with punters edging towards Miss Andretti.

Miss Andretti is the 4.7 favourite with 2006 winner Takeover Target the next best at 6.4. The Tracey Collins-trained Dandy Man is trading at 8 while Benbaun is on offer at 10.
