Let's show a bit of love to... Leeds United
Away from the glitz and glamour of the Premier League, Leeds tend to attract far more rumours than any other club, and as we strive to cover all the transfer talk that we hear, the Whites crop up regularly in our Rumour Mill.
Some Leeds fans seem to think that we make the stories up (we don't) or embellish them (we don't do that either - if anything we're far too sceptical to run any rumour without giving it a severe grilling), while a few even think that we have a Leeds vendetta (certainly not!).
Of course, Simon Grayson's side aren't used to being greeted with affection as, despite three years in the League One wilderness, they have instantly picked up the baton as one of the Championship clubs everyone loves to beat, but we thought it was time that they were shown some love.
Any Leeds fans believing that they are never given a fair crack of the whip, here's your chance (and we've not offered this to any other fans yet, though it will become a regular feature) to take over and reveal what changes you, rather than the press, anticipate happening before the transfer window slams shut.
Tell us which positions you think need strengthening and who you want to see arriving at Elland Road in the comments section below. If they are printable, we'll publish anything you say...

OK here goes...
We need a proven Championship goalscorer.. Since Hooper and Sharpe have moved on that leaves one of two strikers in my view (I am discounting Chopra as Cardiff wouldn't sell him to a potential rival). Step forward Rob Hulse or Jason Scotland.
We need a holding midfielder and a decent Centre half to complete the squard but I think a goalscorer is the most important

We are crying out for a tough-tacking central midfield player, and a pacey striker wouldn't go a miss either.
Jay Simpson would be a good signing but I'd like to see us spend some money on a defensive holding midfielder, someone like McCann at Bolton could do a job.

We all keep saying 'til we're blue in the face that we need at least two more players to give us that much more of a competitive edge; an experienced but still effective defensive central mid field general, and some one to genuinely replace Beckford as a 20 ish (in this division) goals a season striker with a bit of pace.
As the Meerkats say........simples!!!

Leeds Stand a good chance this year but we are weak in certain areas i feel we need another striker (Darrius Vassel has been strongly linked)and a defencive midfielder of necessary for a good season.
Come on You Whites!

The obvious position that needs strengthening is up front. Becchio is a cult figure at ER now and would only benefit further from a goalscorer alongside him. With Bates unwillingness to spend any money, this leaves only free agents such as Darius Vassell. If we could get another striker in we could be challenging the top 6 come may.

Yeah two more players would be nice,a pacy striker with a good pedigree and a holding defensive midfielder,we need to get rid of a few as well.

Off the pitch it would be pleasing to have a Chairman that people feel comfortable in dealing with. On the pitch, like most others say, we need to replace Beckford with another proven goalscorer.

Once Grayshon learns that 4-4-2 is the only way in the Championship, Gradel will be the pacy striker and Paynter the proven goal scorer. That leaves Becchio, Watt, Sam, Snodgrass, Grella and Somma fighting for one place.
The holding midfield player is a must, was thinking Bruce would do that away from home but realise now he'll be needed at right back before long.
Therefore two centre backs are needed, as by the time Kisnorbo returns Leeds may already be in a bit of trouble judging from the performances of Collins and Naylor so far.
Why not sell Schmichael and Becchio before the window closes (keeper must be worth £3m by now)and that will fund the cost of two good centre backs.
Also, if some lower league teams will pay anything at all for Grella and Somma....... take it!!
