Liverpool are back in for Ukraine forward

Although not all of his signings have been universally well received among fans, you can't deny that Liverpool manager Roy Hodgson has shaken things up a bit since arriving at Anfield. And already it seems he has one eye on new faces for the January transfer window.

Reports suggest that the Reds boss is considering a New Year move for Dynamo Kiev forward Artem Milevskiy, who he was first linked with last month.

The 25-year-old Ukraine international has only just signed a three-year contract extension but Liverpool are apparently aware that there is a £10 million release clause written into it - so they know what they will need to spend to land the number ten.

As well as bringing in the likes of Joe Cole, Raul Meireles and Paul Konchesky during the summer, Hodgson also shipped out Albert Riera, Javier Mascherano and Alberto Aquilani amongst others.

Has Hodgson improved Liverpool's squad? They are [3.25] to finish in the top four...
