Many pundits suggest that a major reason that Arsenal have always been in contention for trophies in the last few years without quite landing any is that the players don't have that experience of success to fall back on, but Arsene Wenger reckons that his team's mentality is changing.

Confidence appears to be soaring following Wednesday's 2-1 victory over Champions League favourites Barcelona and with the north Londoners set to renew their bid for the FA Cup at Leyton Orient on Sunday, the Gunners boss has spoken of his belief that silverware is closer the ever.

He said: "We want to go for every single competition. How far will we go? I personally believe we can go in every competition to the end. But we can as well stop very quickly."

Arsenal haven't won anything since beating Manchester United on penalties in the 2004-05 FA Cup Final yet Betfair punters have been so impressed by what they've seen from them this season that massive odds of [8.2] are offered on them ending the campaign empty-handed.

The Carling Cup, so often treated simply as an opportunity to give youngsters some time on the pitch, is their most likely source of glory at [1.27] as only a Birmingham side that they have defeated twice already this term stand in their way next Sunday at Wembley.

Arsenal are also quite well backed in the FA Cup, a competition that they have gone all the way in on ten occasions before, including four times under Wenger. The Gunners are widely expected to see off Orient for a spot in the quarter-finals and are [5.0] to lift it again.

They are [3.2] second favourites to top the Premier League due to their favourable run-in and [17.0] to become the capital's first ever Champions League winners, lengthy odds that can't be completely dismissed having established a first-leg lead over the mighty Barcelona.
