Day Nine: We're backing CSKA Sofia to be winning at half-time and full-time against The New Saints for odds of [2.58]

Were so convinced CSKA will win this clash that we've also gone and included it in our multiple of the day. However, the [1.63] offered for the straight win didn't really get our heart pumping, so we're looking to win an extra tenner with our punt on them to win both halves.

The New Saints certainly gave CSKA a scare in the first leg in Bulgaria - the game was poised at 0-0 heading into the final ten minutes, before three quick goals from the home side all but ended the tie as a contest.

CSKA haven't exactly got off to the best start in their domestic league either - picking up four points in as many games. However, their form has taken a turn for the better in recent weeks and - after losing their first two games - picked up a draw in their next, before winning their last game 1-0 against Cherno More.

The New Saints have played five home games in the Europa League since 2002, and lost all of them. In fact, they have lost all 11 Europa League games they have played since then.

They may be top dogs in Wales, but on a European stage The New Saints are a bit out of their depth. Backing the half-time/full-time result may be riskier than the straight win, but we reckon the superiority of CSKA will come to the fore in this clash.

Additional small amount at draw/sibir @50 would be great.
4 out of 7 their winning game has come through that way. Draw at half time.

That's a bold prediction on the PSV/Sibir match Jimmy, as the Russian club don't have a great away record. It's out to 55.0 now though, so it'll be a great shout if it comes in!
