Michael Vaughan feels Allan Donald's appointment as a bowling consultant can only help improve England's inconsistent pace attack.
There has been criticism of England's bowlers since the disappointing Ashes tour, with the likes of Steve Harmison, Liam Plunkett, Sajid Mahmood and James Anderson suffering from wayward displays.
With Matthew Hoggard currently on the sidelines and Andrew Flintoff and Simon Jones still missing through injury, it's all the more important for the 'back-up' bowlers to step into the breech.
Former South Africa star Donald was one of the most feared pacemen in the game during his career, which saw him take 330 Test wickets.
Speaking about the recent appointment, Vaughan admitted: "It's great to have his knowledge and experience on board.
"For the bowlers its great to have a guy who has been there and done it and can talk about the game of cricket. He's a great addition to the team."
Harmison and Ryan Sidebottom are both currently trading at 3 to finish the West Indies Test series as the top England wicket taker. Main spin option Monty Panesar is on offer at 3.2, while Plunkett can be backed at 8.
