Darren Sammy is an injury doubt for the West Indies' final Test against England, due to begin on Friday, which is likely to have a major impact on the 'West Indies Top Wicket Taker' market.
The all-rounder picked up a groin strain while batting in the Windies second innings during the third Test at Old Trafford and faces a race against time to be fit for the Riverside.
Sammy, who made his Test debut in Manchester, took 7-66 and his absence would be a major blow to the tourists, who already have a weak looking attack.
Coach David Moore admitted: "It will leave a gap after what he has done for us but I'm hopeful he will play.
"Even though he only got one wicket in the first innings he was very disciplined with the ball and he is like that every time he takes it.
Moore added: "In the field he's excellent as well, always moving around and encouraging the guys.
"With the bat he got a good ball in the first innings but in the second he really applied himself."
Sammy's eight wickets in the third Test puts him second in the tourists' wicket-taking charts, with the 23-year-old trading at 3.65 to finish on top.
Corey Collymore (nine wickets) heads the market at 1.83, while Dwayne Bravo (five wickets) can be backed at 9.
