England and India square off once again at the Oval on September 5 in the sixth one-dayer with plenty of betting opportunities for those who enjoy a bet on cricket.
The London venue is traditionally a bouncy pitch and therefore those who like to bet on the total number of runs scored may favour the odds on a high number with the talent on view in both sides.
England scored 307 when they beat India at the Oval back in 2004, with Andrew Flintoff making 99, and a bet on Freddie to be top scorer may prove beneficial as he also scored 51 when England beat the Indians at the Oval in 2002.
Punters who favour betting on skipper Paul Collingwood to head the batting will have noted that he hit 79 back in 2004.
Alistair Cook will also be a popular bet as he has transferred his Test form to the 50-over game, while Kevin Pietersen's odds will be short, as he is always dangerous and loves a hard, true wicket.
Sachin Tendulkar has shown there are still runs left in the tank and could be at the top of the odds for top India run-scorer, while betting on Sourav Ganguly or skipper Rahul Dravid is always a good option, at any odds.
Spin could play a part at the Oval with bounce and turn available and Monty Panesar will have a chance to show that he can cut it in limited overs cricket.
But Flintoff is the man to thrill the crowds and his record at the venue is outstanding so betting on Freddie to shine in any department of the game looks a good bet.
