New Zealand are hopeful that Shane Bond will be fit for their World Cup semi-final, after the pace bowler was forced to miss Friday's game against Australia through illness.
Bond was sidelined for his country's final Super 8 game at Queen's Park having needed medical attention after being taken ill with a stomach complaint on Thursday evening.
The Kiwis were also on Friday without all-rounder Jacob Oram, who was omitted from the side because of a heel injury.
Seamer Mark Gillespie was called up as a replacement, but backers of New Zealand will be concerned by the continuing fitness problems in the Kiwi camp ahead of a likely semi-final clash with Sri Lanka.
Having been well backed at 16 to lift the trophy, New Zealand are now trading at 6.4 in a winners market still headed by Australia (2.06).
Meanwhile, Stephen Fleming's men are on offer at 2.12 to reach the final with Australia trading at 1.41. Sri Lanka can be backed at 1.87, while South Africa are the 2.98 outsiders.
