Warwickshire maintained their unbeaten Twenty20 campaign to become first side into the quarter-finals after a late finish in Cardiff.
The match against Glamorgan began, with each side expecting to bat for 15 overs, but rain struck with the Bears 73-2 after ten.
With just one more over possible in the conditions, Darren Maddy and Tim Ambrose took 21 from Ryan Watkins' final six deliveries to set Glamorgan 83 to win off nine overs.
The Red Dragons began well, 12 coming off the first over, but they ended 10 short on 73-6 - a result which puts the Bears three points clear at the top of the Midlands/West/Wales Division.
At Beckenham, Surrey completed their fourth Twenty20 Cup win by beating their closest South Division rivals Kent after a dramatic finish.
In deep trouble at 69-4 in the 14th over, chasing 132 to win, the Brown Caps needed a partnership from all-rounder Azhar Mahmood and England's forgotten man Rikki Clarke.
Mahmood's 39 off 19 balls and Clarke's 22 from 13 secured victory with 14 balls to spare.
Warwickshire are available at 5.2 to win the Twenty20 Cup this year on home soil at Edgbaston.
But Surrey (6) will also fancy their chances of repeating their 2003 success while Lancashire (5.4), beaten finalists in 2005, are in position to qualify for the knockout stages behind North Division leaders Nottinghamshire - the 4.5 Betfair market favourites.
