1.11 O'Sullivan crashes out of the China Open

Mark Selby, Ding Junhui and and Stephen Maguire now share favouritism...

Ronnie O'Sullivan was matched at [1.11] on Betfair to beat Marco Fu after compiling a break of 50 in the deciding frame of his first round match at the China Open. He missed a pretty straightforward pot to give Fu a lifeline but traded at odds-on again after his opponent lost position, before Fu eventually cleared up.

O'Sullivan traded at a low of [4.0] on the winner market where Ding Junhui, Stephen Maguire and Mark Selby are the current joint-favourites at [6.4].

Ding Junhui will now have a very tricky second-round tie against Sean Murphy, Maguire has a considerably easier match against Barry Hawkins.
