Alonso has less options than he would like considering his double world champion status. Ferrari is out as Kimi delivered the title this year and Massa seems to be a compliant yet challenging partner. They are both signed up for next season a well. BMW will not release Heidfeld because he of his nationality and , like Kubica, he has impressed this season. So where does poor Fernando go? Red Bull would be my bet and I would put money on Webber going to Mclaren for a one year contract in return for releasing a space for Briatore's favourite homeless driver. If Renault get their act together, I can see Alonso returning the year after. Either way, he isn't going to be winning a title this year.
