Hungarian Grand Prix betting and odds preview

Interest in Formula One is always huge, but there is likely to be even more activity in the Hungarian Grand Prix betting market after recent events.

The title battle now appears to be wide open with four different drivers claiming top spot in the ten races to date, something for those eyeing a Hungarian Grand Prix bet to consider before making their choices.

McLaren's Lewis Hamilton currently leads the Drivers Championship by two points and will be popular among British punters looking for a flutter in the Hungarian Grand Prix betting, especially after Jenson Button's success in the race last year.

Hamilton's team-mate Fernando Alonso closed the gap with victory at the Nurburgring, but Ferrari have their ardent followers and there will be plenty of punters looking at their Hungarian Grand Prix odds ahead of the Budapest race.

Alonso has good memories of the Hungaroring, having won his first Grand Prix there in 2003 and he is likely to feature prominently in the Hungarian Grand Prix betting before and during the race.

Meanwhile, the Constructors Championship is headed by McLaren and they will take a huge step towards the team title if they can claim victory. Hungarian Grand Prix betting is likely to be as frenetic as the action on the track.
