Cash Out, the exciting Betfair feature that allows you to lock in profit in-play, is now available on mobile....

Users of both our new iPhone app and Betfair Touch - available across all smartphone platforms - are now able to use Cash Out functionality when betting on their mobile.

Cash Out has already proved incredibly popular on Betfair.com, with well over 1m transactions made since launch.

Markets with Cash Out enabled on mobile - a wide range including football, tennis, cricket, rugby union, golf, darts, snooker and motor racing - are designated with the same symbol that users see on the site, and with two clicks users are able to cash out their positions and lock in a profit.

The confirmation screen can also be disabled in order to streamline the process even further.

Ben Carter, Head of Central Marketing at Betfair, said: "We are very excited to be able to bring the Cash Out functionality to mobile. It adds a whole new dimension to in-play betting and is incredibly easy to use.

The release comes weeks after Betfair was named as the Best Mobile Operator at the prestigious EGR annual awards.
