NBL Betting

The NBL is the Australian basketball league, formed in 1979 it now features twelve teams competing to win the NBL championship held in April. NBL betting with Betfair allows you to offer your own odds rather than take those available at the time.

The format of the NBL sees the twelve teams compete on a league basis and that number is whittled down to the top eight who then go on the playoffs. The quarter finals are run on single game knockout basis. The winning sides then go onto the semis where they will play a best of three series to decide who goes to the five game final championships. The Sydney Kings have been the most successful NBL side in recent years.
