David Stewart made front page headlines of The Sun as a teenager when programming his home computer to pick winners and gave Sun readers three out of three and was christened The Computer Kid!

David has a wide experience of racing media having worked for the Racing Post as internet editor, Sporting Life, attheraces where he was originally internet editor before taking the head of betting role which included numerous live interviews from both the studio and racecourses. David has also worked for The Sun, The Sportsman and freelance for Clever TV where he is currently producing the Search For A Tipster competition in the Racing Post.

David originally trained as a radio journalist, starting in hospital radio, before working full-time for BBC Radio Cleveland in his native north-east. David is an active exchange punter, registering with Betfair in 2002.

Hobbies include running (slowly) and directing musicals for local groups - this year's project is the Queen based musical We Will Rock You.
