Timeform Radio will broadcast for the first time on Wednesday 1st October.
The station will be available via the Timeform and Betfair websites. Those behind the new concept hope the internet project will develop into a radio station that serves the needs of the whole racing industry in the future.
Timeform expect the level of analysis and information on the radio to reflect the quality and standards a customer would expect from any other Timeform product. Going forward, there will be a number of unique racing features and ideas.
The station's emphasis will be on quality and listeners can expect thorough coverage of all major races and discussion points. The service includes live commentaries from the racecourses.
This exciting project is a collaboration between Timeform and their parent company Betfair and supercedes the existing Betfair Radio service. There will be regular contributions from the Timeform team, including Jim McGrath, Timeform's Chairman.
